How to order from Wagadiwa website?
If you’re new to Wagadiwa Website or never purchase online product before, don’t worry. Please go to our How To Order Page for more info. We give you step by step on how to purchase Wagadiwa product(s).
How do I know what size I am?
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
First of all, we’d suggest you check your junk mail if you never been shopped with us before. Make sure Wagadiwa is on your safe senders list.
You may also want to check that you’ve signed up using the right email address, you can view it in your My Account section and change it if needed.
Orders usually take up to 48hrs to process, if you’re wondering why you haven’t received your confirmation email as quickly as usual – there’s nothing to worry about. Our system may be taking a little longer to get the emails out than normal during busy periods. If you still have not received an email please contact us at email@example.com to make sure your order went through.
How do I track my order?
We pride ourselves in processing and shipping all orders as fast as possible. Once your order has been placed, you can track your order at any time by login into My Account and track your recent orders at the Order Tracking Page. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that will contain the Resi Tracking information that you can check at Resi Tracking Page.
How long will it take for my online order to arrive?
Orders generally take 3 – 5 business days or less to arrive from date purchased. But can take up to 1 – 2 weeks in some extreme cases. Please review our Shipping & Handling Terms Page for more details.
Can I exchange Wagadiwa item I have bought online?
Yes, we allow size exchanges and exchanges on defective or damaged goods. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us through our Customer Service contact at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your Details Order # in the email. From there we will reply with return instructions. More info go to Return Policy Terms Page.
How can I find out about promotions?
How do I sign up for the Wagadiwa newsletter?
You can easily sign up at our newsletter pop up form when you open our website. Alternatively when creating an account with us, your email address is automatically added to our newsletter list or you can always ask us to add you by emailing us at email@example.com. If you wish to do it manually you can go to Newsletter Page.
Are there any benefits to having an account with us?
Having an account with us will give you access to view your account information and order history. Once you have an account, you will never have to input your details during check out. Just simply login and place an order right away.
When are particular items released?
Will you be restocking any Wagadiwa products?
On occasion we will re-stock some of our popular items, however most of our products are produced from rare deadstock fabrics. Unfortunately once they’re gone, they’re gone. Furthermore, we like to offer new product regularly which means we don’t tend to re-stock a lot of our items.
Please make sure to check back our website frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

Our manufacturing sources are confidential. Sorry, we do not share this information.
